The writing is great and the setting is intriguing and the mystery fascinating, however I may add a small criticism (that may not be one at all considering this is but the start of this story) that there are, quite a lack of choices that actualy impact us, it truly felt like we were strung along by the arm and not given a chance to properly be MC. Though again, this may not even be criticism at all and this may be a feature, there are many MCs out there with set personalities, but even then, I still felt a large lack of choice.
that aside, I,truly enjoyed the plot itself and the idea of the curse

i did intentionally make the prologue more text-heavy and left out choices that would affect MC’s personality, but for the start of chapter one and beyond, there will be a lot more choices, and I’ve been thinking of going back to make some additions to what’s already available too
i also plan on adding more personality stats and making the effects of choices stand out more, so MC doesn’t feel so set in stone. it’s really important to me that MC feels like yours so I will do my best on that front
